Workshop Summary
This conversation brought together U.S. offshore wind industry leaders talking about the evolving understanding of workforce needs beyond construction, and by experts in workforce development/training/mentoring who successfully bring opportunity to career seekers by meeting them where they are with the right support at the right time. The objective was to stir new thinking, partners & models for staffing up the offshore wind industry for long-term sustainability and equity.
